What is L'Heure Bleue?
L'Heure Bleue is an evening wellness massage service at your home in central Valais, Switzerland. My name is Benjamin, I trained at the university of health sciences in Leukerbad, and I come to you with the table, the linens and two oils, a neutral one and one with arolla pine. Two options: La Séance, 90 minutes, and L'Essentielle, 60 minutes, from 160 to 280 CHF all inclusive depending on your municipality, travel included. I travel from Leukerbad and Sierre to Sion, Crans-Montana, the Val d'Anniviers, Visp, Brig, Nendaz and Martigny. The earliest start is 18:30, 19:00 or 19:30 depending on the distance, and I accept only one booking per evening. Booking and payment are online, by TWINT or card, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the session.
The principle
One single session per evening. Yours.
When the lights come on in the villages and the valley falls silent, the blue hour begins. Yours.
Relaxing at two in the afternoon is a contradiction. You let go for an hour, then you put your shoes back on and return to the noise. The body never had time to understand.
In the evening, at your home, it is different. Nothing is waiting for you afterwards. No drive, no appointment, no going back to the office. It is the moment when the body truly lets go.
I accept only one booking per evening.
