La Séance
The whole body, without having to choose between your back and your legs. The work is slow; it takes a good half hour before the tissues stop resisting. That is when the session becomes truly interesting, and precisely the time the sixty-minute formula does not have.
For you if: you have been carrying tension for weeks, you sleep badly, or you simply do not want to watch the clock.

L'Essentielle
One area, treated properly. Most often the back, neck and shoulders. The rest is not skimmed over: you choose, and it is done well.
For you if: you know exactly where it hurts, or it is your first time and you prefer to start short.
Beyond fifty minutes' drive, I only offer La Séance: for anything shorter, the journey would not be worth it.
Why I don't offer fifteen different massages.
Many places display a long menu: Swedish, Californian, deep tissue, hot stones, bamboo. It looks like choice. In practice, it asks you to diagnose your own needs before anyone has even touched you.
I do the opposite. One single approach, mine, built on years of daily practice. I ask you where it pulls, how you sleep, what you did with your week. And I adjust the pressure, the rhythm and the areas during the session, not before.
That is also why there is nothing to add along the way: no fifteen-franc option, no product to sell you on my way out. The price you see is the price you pay.
The same logic applies to the oil. Two bottles, not fifteen: a neutral base, light and unscented, and the same base scented with arolla pine, the stone pine of the Valais Alps, the scent of warm wood you find in mountain chalets. Neutral or arolla: that is the first question I ask, once the table is set up.

A gift voucher for La Séance or L'Essentielle, valid for twenty-four months, sent as a carefully designed PDF you can print or forward as it is. The recipient then chooses their date and municipality; any travel surcharge is paid at booking.
