Everything people ask me before booking.

What do I need to prepare at home?

Nothing, or almost nothing. Clear a space of about two by three metres, somewhere quiet. I bring the table, the linens and the oils. Just have something to cover yourself with afterwards — and plan on not having to go out again.

How much space is needed exactly?

Two by three metres is enough. The table is under two metres long, but I need to be able to walk around it. A living room works very well; a bedroom too, as long as the bed does not block one side. If in doubt, tell me beforehand and we will look at it together.

Are there travel costs?

Travel is included up to thirty minutes' drive from Inden. Beyond that, a 30 CHF surcharge applies up to fifty minutes, then 60 CHF beyond. The earliest start time moves back accordingly: 18:30, 19:00 or 19:30 depending on the zone.

Check your municipality — you get the exact price and the earliest possible time.

Do you offer therapeutic massage or physiotherapy sessions?

No. I am a qualified physiotherapist and work in a clinic during the day, but L'Heure Bleue is an entirely separate activity: wellness massages only, with no therapeutic aim. No treatment, no rehabilitation, no diagnosis.

No insurance coverage is possible — neither basic insurance nor supplementary insurance, ASCA or RME. If what you need is treatment, tell me: I will point you in the right direction.

Is it reimbursed by my insurance?

No, in no case. This is a wellness service, not healthcare. I do not issue invoices intended for reimbursement.

How does payment work?

Payment is made online at the time of booking, by TWINT or card. That secures your evening: since I accept only one booking per evening, a booked slot is a slot I refuse to someone else.

Nothing to pay on site.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours, half the amount remains due — and the full amount in case of a no-show without notice.

A genuine emergency remains an emergency: write to me, we will find a solution.

Do you come to hotels and holiday rentals?

Yes, regularly. Hotels, chalets and holiday apartments follow exactly the same price list as the homes of their municipality, with no markup. The travel surcharge applies once per booking, never per person.

I can also coordinate directly with the reception desk if that is easier for you.

Why only one session per evening?

Because a second session would change the first. I would have to watch the clock, cut things short, leave quickly. With a single person per evening, the session lasts as long as it needs to — and nobody is waiting after you.

That is also what explains the price, and why it is better to book ahead.

Do you offer couples massages?

Not for now: one table, one session. Two people on the same evening would mean two shortened sessions, which is exactly what I want to avoid.

Two evenings in a row, on the other hand, work very well. And I am not entirely closed to the idea: if it matters to you, write to me and we will talk about it.

What is the framework of the sessions?

Sessions are exclusively professional wellness massages. Bookings are personal and prepayment is required.

Any inappropriate request ends the appointment immediately, without refund. I state this clearly so the framework is the same for everyone — because that is what makes it possible to welcome someone into your home, in the evening, with confidence.
